Dear Franck,
Thank you so much for carrying out the repairs to our Peugeot 406 HDI in such an efficient way. Your technical expertise is what I have been looking for since I purchased the car new.
The expertise has been sadly lacking in all the dealers I have tried over the past 7 years.
I have taken the car to dealers in Parramatta, Artarmon, Port Macquarie and Gosford and have had no satisfaction, unfortunately at great cost to myself. Over the time I have had the car, it has spent over 7 months at the various dealers and has cost me over $10,000.
The latest example of this incompetence was just before I brought the car to you, when a Peugeot dealer diagnosed a lack of power as requiring a new turbo charger. This diagnosis cost me nearly $600 and it would have been over $5,000 to have the work carried out.
Convinced that it wasn't the turbo charger and on the recommendation of a friend, I brought the car to you and you immediately recognised and fixed the problem.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any Peugeot owner.
